  1. Categories of Data: Swave di Vito Lonigro will process your personal data such as:
    1. Data collected automatically. The IT systems and applications dedicated to the operation of this website detect, during their normal operation, certain data (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) potentially associated with identifiable users. The data collected includes IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the server's response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system, browser, and IT environment. These data are processed, for the time strictly necessary, solely for the purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning. The provision of such data is mandatory as it is directly linked to the web browsing experience.
    2. Data voluntarily provided by the user. The voluntary and explicit sending of emails to the addresses indicated or in the various access channels of this site does not require consent, and the possible completion of specifically prepared forms results in the subsequent acquisition of the email address, the sender/user's data, and the corporate data necessary to respond to the requests made and/or provide the requested service. The voluntary sending of emails to our email addresses does not require further notices or requests for consent. Conversely, specific summary notices will be reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for specific on-demand services (forms).   4. Purpose of Data Processing and Legal Basis. The processing of your data is based on your consent and is carried out for the following purposes:

    3. to evaluate user behavior and modify the content offer in line with their behavior
  5. Data Recipients. Within the limits relevant to the processing purposes indicated, your data may be communicated to partners, consultancy firms, private companies, appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller, or for legal obligations or to fulfill your specific requests. Your data will not be disseminated in any way. The Data Processors and Persons in Charge of processing in place are duly identified in the Privacy Document, updated periodically.

The data subject always has the right to request from the Data Controller access to their data, rectification or erasure of the same, restriction of processing or the possibility to object to processing, to request data portability, to revoke consent to processing by exercising these and other rights provided by the GDPR through simple communication to the Data Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  9. Withdrawal of Consent. The data subject may withdraw their consent to receive promotional and commercial communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link that can be found in the footer of each promotional and commercial email received.
  10. Mandatory or Optional Nature of Consent. The provision of your data is mandatory during the navigation of our website with regard to points 5.a and 5.b of the aforementioned purposes, in order to allow proper service provision. The provision of consent for your data for point 5.c is instead optional and linked to the acceptance of cookies and will in no way compromise the provision of the service.
  11. Data Processing Methods. The personal data you provide will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of the Data Controller.
